So I've been thinking, and I think the best way is to download by user profile, when I'm done with user X, create a folder and put the 3D models in there, and continue with the next user, etc. So, first I tried to download all the thousands of files at the same time, but I had problems because some of them had the same name and were merged in the same folder (and each 3D models has several files in its folder and should not be mixed). My intention is to download, sort and group the entire collection by user name, because some models have the same theme and the same name, but which are different, and so I will be able to find and differentiate them more easily. Now I can download by right clicking on each model, even download the collection posted by each user, which is saving me a lot of time. dev of the forum made a plugin for both sites and has added new features (downloading it manually without plugins was really slow). JDownloader still supports subfolders but you will have to place each subfolder in its own package in list. basically would require rewrite of many controlling/model/gui parts. current controller/model is heavily optimized to even support hundrets of thousands and millions of links in list but subfolders would create complex problems and no longer current package(folder) with multiple links(within that folder) would make sense. Subfolders would require complex changes and also have huge impact on performance. Short: no, that's not possible and there are no plans to support this.
